Ensuring Legitimate Yacht Charters: A Guide to Validating Contracts and Meeting Industry Standards

When it comes to yacht charters, there’s an important matter we’d like to address. Some individuals and companies still use outdated paper or PDF contracts for yacht charters, which may not be the current version of the agreement. To ensure the validity of your charter contract, it’s crucial to use contracts approved by organizations like CYBA or MYBA. We use the E-Contract platforms that have a watermark and serial number.

When you choose to book your yacht charter vacation with us, you can trust that our contracts are legitimate. We are proud members of CYBA, IYBA, the BVI Yacht Charter Society, and VIPCA, and whenever possible, we use official contracts that can be verified by CYBA or MYBA.

To safeguard your investment, take a moment to validate your charter contract. Check the serial number and date on the contract against the databases provided by CYBA and MYBA. Here are the links to the serial number validators:

If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a contract, feel free to reach out directly to CYBA or MYBA for assistance.

You may see the name “Seize the Day Charters” on your contract. In an effort to stand out in the industry, 2023 Myst Yacht Charters became our legally assumed name. More info here
